The project of Bayer Material Science(Guangzhou) Co., Ltd  located in Guangzhou Yonghe development district, which mainly included pile footing, civil works, M&E installation, steel structure installation. The project covered an area of 14,000 M^2,  adopted steel structure and concrete frame , of which the construction duration lasted from December 2007 to July 2008.
