Guangdong JieRong Construction & Installation Co., Ltd. (herein after JR for short), which is founded in March 1992 but only acquired its name JR in December 1998, is qualified as the first class building construction general contractor.

On the 25^th of March 1999, JR was certified by the GuangDong Construction committee as the secondary industry and civil construction engineering constructer. On the 28^th of June, 2002 JR was certified by the Construction Ministry as the first class Building Construction General Contractor, secondary Public Works General Contractor, first class Foundation & Footing Works Specialty Contractor, first class Decoration and Finish Works Specialty Contractor, and first class Mechanic & Electric Equipment Installation Specialty Contractor. Besides, JR was also certified as secondary Steel Structural Installation Specialty Contractor and secondary Fire Service Contractor.

Since its establishment, JR has been acknowledged by the society for its high quality, speed and conformance to contracts in construction process. The sound development and good business situation proves that the management is very capable. Scientific management, dedication in construction and commitment has always been the basic long-term policy. As a result of advanced equipment, advanced construction techniques, and the working style of striving to be better, it has become, in a not long time, a comprehensive engineering company well adapted to international engineering practices and capable of building construction, ME installation, and architectural decoration. Its general assets include registered capital RMB80 million, liquid assets RMB135.42 million and starting fixed assets RMB 28 million. It has a team of more than 30 high-caliber engineering, economic and financial professionals as well as a basic & medium level professional team of over 390 people. Furthermore it has more than 60 pieces of various construction equipments with a total capacity of over 12,000 KW and yearly output of RMB300 million, which are all the backup force support for JR’s sound development.

In recent years JR Construction has undertaken many foreign civil & industrial projects in Gunagzhou, Shenzhen, Jiangmen, Dongguan, Panyu, Shunde, Gaoming and Shenyang, including high-rises and sky-scrapers, more than 30 of which are medium or large sized projects. For example, the Guangyi Central Building (30 stories) in Guangzhou, Dascom Electronic Co. in Jiangmen and Shenyang respectively, Yuanmai New Factory of Decorative Products in Panyu, AMPNew Connectors Factory in Shunde, Knauf Plasterboard Factory in Dongguan, YKK Construction Materials New Factory in Shenzhen, Jiashun Textile Co.New Factory in Shunde and Rowa Electronic Co. Production Plant in the Information Yard in Guangzhou.

In September of 2000 JR Construction passed the ISO9002 audit. From then on it has stepped up further engineering quality & management. The Dascom Electronic Co. in Jiangmen was rated Provincial Sample Project of 2001. The Yuanmai New Factory of Decorative Products in Panyu was rated Municipal Sample Site for Safe & Civilized Construction in 2000. These reputable ratings have a significant role in obtaining the acknowledgement from the society.

Meanwhile, JR passed the ISO9002 quality system qualification in September 2000,which was a milestone for JR’S construction quality and management development. In 2001, our project for JianMen Dascom Electronic company obtained the excellent model project certification. In 2002, our project for YuanMai   decorative products Ltd. was issued the model project site certification. And all these projects were highly approved by both domestic and international market.
